    Default Air pumps

Can I tie a Medo pump into the line that is serviced by my big Jehmco pump or will they fight against one another causing a terrible racket in the Medo pump? I have enough air right now, but just. I would rather have air to spare.

Good question Liz...never heard of 2 pumps running on a single service line or at least for a hobbyist operation. I'm sure higher volume mega operations may just do so.
Just my thought...you could "T" into a 1/3 of the line with a ball valve closing off the 2/3 of line running by Jehmco pump.
This way you can tap in additional plumbing and lines if you plan on setting up more tanks.

Ralph, you are a genius! It's seems so obvious but it never came to my mind.

I would do as Ralph suggested too. I think the weaker of the two pumps would be understress or maybe even burn out if ran together on the same line.
