Water change volume

Hi everyone!
I m back to discus after a couple of years.
This time around i m keeping 8 juvies in a 150 gallon tank.
I have them for 2 weeks now and they seem to have settled in nicely.

I m feeding 4 times a day mostly bits and
changing water every 3 days 40% of it so far.
I will incrase the feeding 6 times a day and thinking
about changing 15-20% of the water daily after their last meal at night
Do you think this is good enough to have maximum growth
considering the stocking and the volume of the water?
