Sick fish

I have 4 Discus in a 55g tank they been there for 13 months now and 2 week ago I had a family vacation when I came back home one of them was hiding and it had change the color it was like a dark brown skin and was swimming like with the tail up and face down so I took him out and put it in a separe tank and treated with aqurium salt and paragard but it’s been 10 days today and he still alive but I don’t see any change like it’s getting better so please can somebody help me thank you

If it's on your phone, download it to your computer. In the posting window, the third icon from the right on the menu bar is for pics. Not at all I can’t no matter what I do thank you guys for trying to help me. Can some buddy tell me about a Facebook group or something that I can go and try to get help I really want to help my fish thank you again.
