Default lead in aqarium plant weights

I had ordered a couple of packs of plant weights from Aqua One and after reading "Contains lead keep out of the reach of Children" I am not sure I want to use. I tried looking for lead free weights but I am not seeing any.

Does anyone know of a good source?

    Thanks

I anchor mine with a sewing thread on a pebble, stone . I anchor the stem or the root depending on the plant type.

Usually lead is in he form of strips used to bind cut stems (like Egeria). If that is the case they need removing anyway

Good idea. Maybe I can use those to wrap zucchinis to weigh them down for plecos.

Stainless steel bolts work well for this.
