    Default Trick for aquarium photos

    I like to cover all but the panel of the aquarium I will be using with a dark towel or sheet

    This cuts reflections from the other panels and allows better control of the light.

    I generally use the aquarium light only. The light sits on top of the tank and is a 5200k temp Fluval LED. Plant growth light

    Great Tip Dave. I also shut off all the room lights and I close the window blinds as these can cause glare and reflections. Illuminating from the top is much better that the sides .

    I had used overhead flash photography on top of the tank. It works great
