best water flow with an fx6 and aquaclear 110?
What do you guys think would be the best setup with an fx6 (mainly for biomedia) and AC110 (mainly for mechanical filtration) on a 135g (6 feet long)? I am thinking of the AC110 on the side of the tank and fx6 intake near it at a higher level. And the output of the fx6 on the other side of tank pointing across and towards the front of the tank. Is this a good idea?
Planning for around 10 discus, group of tetras and corys, and a few unique plecos.
Scape will be driftwood and some plants, with white sand substrate

Good questions---I'm interested in the suggestions you receive. I have a new FX4 with an AquaClear 70. Seems like
too much water movement in my 55 gallon with 5 teenage discus. (3 inch size). I'm not sure where to point the
FX4 output. Bare bottom tank of course.

I have my fx4 output towards the back glass.

So I have set my tank up, I have the fx6 output on the left side of tank, and the intake on the right. I also have the AC110 HOB on the right side so I was hoping the flow would go from left to right. However, I see the output of the fx6 and ac110 is slightly pushing towards each other, with the fx6 winning a bit. Is this okay?

The flow direction will dictate where the debris accumulates. I push mine towards the center for easier cleaning. I would assume that the fx6 has greater turnover of water.
