Had female swim bladder problem 3 weeks now.
Did the epsom salt,and melafix did no good.
Fish still eats and swims around I was thinking maybe T.C. TETRACYCLINE might work.
Any thoughts!

You can try Kanamycin. It might work but probably won't.

Tetracycline is only for external gram-negative infections.

Given the severity and 3 weeks duration of problem, I would recommend Api Fin & Body Cure(doxycycline) . Seachem Kanaplex (Kanamycin) and Metroplex(Metronidazole) combined should work as well.
