Smile Successful surgery done to remove my benign neck tumor

    Hi all,

Hope everyone is well. I just wanted to update you all about the surgery I had done a little over a week ago. Late last year I was diagnosed with a rare benign neck tumor. It was a little over 2cm and it had grown to the point where it was just time to have it removed given my slight symptoms such as headaches and some pins and needles sensation around my neck and shoulder area.

I must admit that at first the thought of having my neck dissected terrifies me. Fortunately, I found an excellent head and neck chief surgeon who is highly experienced in performing this type of surgery and she was able to completely remove it without causing much post-operative complications. My recovery so far has been great with minimal pain, just no strenuous activities for a few more weeks I was told. Other than my bonus neck "battle scar" , I'm doing great and I now feel so much better with my benign neck tumor finally out.

THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO HAS REACHED OUT TO ME AND HAS KEPT ME IN YOUR PRAYERS, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I WANTED TO GIVE A SHOUTOUT TO ALL WHO HAVE WISHED ME LUCK AND TO CHECK IN ON ME AND SEE HOW I WAS DOING AFTER MY SURGERY. EVEN THOUGH MANY OF US HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON, I JUST THOUGHT THAT WAS THE SWEETEST THING SO THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

I also wanted to apologize that I have been completely offline preparing for my surgery and was not able to reply to any email/text inquiries for the past few weeks (today is my first time back on my keyboard since mid April). I will be sure get back to all ASAP here in the next day or two.

As always, Forrest and I will resume our monthly shipment next month and I will post upcoming June shipment around first week of June. I look forward to working with you all again. Many thanks!

    Kenny

A couple weeks prior to having my surgery, I had some free time to redo my whole fishroom piping to hopefully make future operation smoother.

Glad to hear you are doing well! Just take it easy, and nice job on the plumbing remodel. Looking forward to seeing what you and Forrest will be importing. I may be able to squeeze in another pair

Hi Kenny! Glad to hear it went well. I haven't been real active and must have missed this was happening. I had my thyroid removed for cancer twelve years ago and have my own battle scar. Nice work on the plumbing. I'm always envious of such well designed fish rooms. Take care and we'll look forward to your shipments as usual.
