Well, well, well. That's good news. You still may need to do more to improve the hatch rate, but perhaps not. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Well stopped by the house on a break from work I'm guessing the eggs hatched into wigglers and are now missing.

Only thing left is the remnants of the hatched shells and unfertilized eggs and one egg that didnt hatch yet.

New observation. I've caught my large Male PB scratching on thisn4inch PVC pipe I have in the tank, he wasnt doing this prior to the treatments I did in the food.

The parents could have relocated the wigglers. If the parents are staring at a particular spot be sure to check.

Then I guarantee you that Pat is correct. They are still alive. I have a pair that is really good at hiding new hatchlings. They always seem to put them in a spot that makes it hard for me to get a good angle to find them.

Think the babys are gone now they seem to have stopped protecting the corner.

Also I have received all the medication. I will be putting the breeding pair into the 30 gallon tank. What is the best method to go about treating the 3 different medications.

Do them one at a time with a day or two or rest with good daily WC between each treatment. I don't know why but I would start with the flukes, move on to the worming, and finally the long job of hex.

I know that it's a huge pain doing this. I've done it. But if you want your pair to produce healthy babies that don't get sick and day when they're 3 weeks old you should do it. I know from experience that not cleaning a pair up is not a good idea.

    I definitely want healthy babys!

Is there a smoe source or info I can look up for dosing instructions?

You can find it in various places here on the forum. If you're using formalin the dose is 2 drops per gallon. It's a one time dose. Do a big WC the next day. It's been a long time since I've had to treat for worms but I always followed label instructions. With the metro it's 500 mg daily for 10 to 12 days with big WC every day. It helps to raise the temp of their tank to at least 90 but not more than 93 during treatment. I promise, if I'm telling you the wrong thing someone else would jump in to correct me. There are folks here who know more about treating for the most likely parasites than me.
