A new one
I'm not ready to tackle the tacos al pastor yet, but I still have a craving for Mexican. Here's another one from Kenji I like the sound of. It is also different from the ones I had in Mexico, but it sounds very good. I'll go to the tienda now for the chili's and tomatillos and make it tomorrow. Those look real good Liz. I'm a fan of making enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, etc. We get the family together and do a Taco Sunday once every two months or so. Or we go for Taco Tuesday at a local joint in Miami, FL. We have a Taco's and Tattoo's around the corner.

Kenji explains the recipe procedures extremely well, and gives excellent tips to get things done the right way all the way through.
A very worthwhile recipe.
