Default Quick pics of the shrimp tank

I have one tank with red cherry shrimp, BN, and a few endlers. They're starting to take off. Fun to watch.

GJ! I love a good shrimp tank. What is it that they are munching on?

Ive recently caught the shrimp-keeping bug myself- set up a 10 and a 30 gallon just in the last couple months.

    Your tank looks great!

Thanks folks. I'll try to get a few more shots from some other angles too if I can get the glare to cooperate. That's what's left of a piece of volunteer squash from my garden. I had spaghetti squash last year so I think it's a cross related to that that came up in my compost pile. Free food!

Looking good Steve! I had 2 planted nano shrimp tanks in Australia, so interesting to watch. I have been taken by Blue Dream Shrimp and wanna get a tank going again... we'll see how that works into the family plan atm lol

    Thanks Pat.
Trying to post something rather than nothing, even if it's not great.
Today was French cut green beans, their favorite. I think on the first one you can see a young BN if you look on the right. The last one is the neighboring tank

Just a quick update pic. Playing with the camera. Shrimp/BN tank corner, with red maple leaves and green beans.

I love how the leaves look as a bottom cover. You have a ton of shrimp in there!

I added oak leaves to my shrimp tank because I know they love to much on them but the oak really tinted my tank so I removed it. I have a ton of Indian almond leaves now but I'm hesitant about putting them in.

Too many shrimp? This is from my 75 gal shrimp tank. Also has BN breeding and fry. They're eating a good 1/2 can of green beans a day, plus the occasional flakes and pellets. I see more shrimp on the way. I guess I need to try to get rid of some. I just posted on the local craigslist. What do they usually go for? Anyway, lots of fun. I figure adding that much food, I need to keep changing water, even though you don't see the waste. They do eat it up pretty thoroughly.
