They look very nice and it does look like peppering.
Not to change the subject, but can I see the whole tank?
Recently introduced 6 Discus to my tank.
All seem to be doing fine, still working on the food consumption portion and making sure they are all eating enough.
I noticed 2 of the Discus look perfectly fine, colors looked the same since I picked them out from the supplier's tank.
2 are very clearly showing peppering, and I know my black acrylic background is to blame, but still seem fine.
However these 2 Discus I have attached pictures of look different. Is it their form of Peppering but just in grey color or is it something else?
Thank you!
Also side note, the yellow Discus has a blurry small spot on top of one of its eye, don't know if I purchased him with or without it, but from my understanding, water quality will get rid of it, just increase water changes until it goes away on its own. No other fish has any signs, and its just one eye.

Just a form of peppering and genetic eye pigmentation IMO . I would love to see the whole planted Scape too .
Your discus are very nice looking too.
