I feed a mix of wild salmon, wild shrimp and organic chicken breast ,all chopped up separately in processor.
Add garlic and mix by hand.
The fish hammer it and it does not leave any oily residue.

Thanks everyone - I bought some pollock yesterday, so I think I will eventually offer pollock, shrimp, salmon and if I have cod around, that too. Will be an interesting experiment

Jeff at Exotic Discus makes a seafood mix and sells it in 1lb frozen slabs. My discus attacks it, much more so than frozen beef heart mix . He ships also.

75 gallon bare bottom, minimalist discus tank.
16 gallon salty with way too many BTAs and 2 clowns.
