11 stress bars

I have a red turk that has 11 stress bars and was wondering how common this is and is this fish considered a snakeskin?

I know the norm is either 9 or 14 stress bars, so 11 would be quite rare. But I'd imagine that your turk was supposed to have only 9 bars but came out to have 11. This occurs with the odd fish every so often.
