Try omega one super color flakes or pellets, or new life spectrum ultra red pellets both quality foods

I feed Tetra Colorbits daily for color along with Al's freeze dry black worms for nutrition and variety. A few of my discus were spitting out the bits but lately all now seem to take the bits along with the worms. I had read that frozen brine shrimp were also color enhancers. I try to add frozen brine to the fish diet at least once every other day if not daily as well.

I have reds and use Al’s freeze dried Blackworm cubes w Bio-Pigment. This red/orange pigment enhancer is an included ingredient as part of the cubes as sold.

I've just ordered some of these. Do you find they work well? I've got one Red map that has turned orange over time, hoping to make him red again. Not sure if this will be possible.

All I can say is with my Red Eagles and Red Map, the white has stayed white w rich red colors. The food is great. Your post actually got me to order another kg of cubed.......one never knows w the fires over there.
I have plenty of the bio red food.....had to get more w plain spinach for the yellow tank.

    They're gorgeous!
Yeah the bigger red map has gone orange, and the smaller red map has stayed beautifully red and crisp white, minor peppering. I should get the order in a week or so.
I wasn't aware they sold 1kg bags? I am in Aus and have only seen the 200gm bags on their website.
