    Exclamation Big white spots on the discus head

    Hello mates,

    One of my discus has multiple big white spots on cheeks.
    Kindly check the attached image and advise.

    Check your water parameters. Looks like a water quality issue.

    It also looks very skinny. Is he eating? how many times are you feeding?

    Yup, discus zits! Increase your water change routine to keep nitrates <10 and add 3tbsp salt per 10gal for a week.

    He is just moving around the aquarium, couldn’t see him eating.
    I am thinking of quarantining him.
    I feed 3 times a day

    I will take a water sample to test the parameters, but I have other tank mates discus and angel, the look and act healthy.

    Just like humans, every fish is different. Eventually, they will all be affected if it's a quality issue.
