Levasamol is what you want. If you suspect tapes you can use prazy. Why do you think your fish have worms? There's no reason to expose fish to meds just in case.

Once you do this process to your current stock, I'd advise to do it to all your new stock going forward in a separate tank. No need to do it again to your current stock unless you mixed fish or mixed water from another tank.
