    Default Dinner tries to escape

People are so gullible.... I posted this picture that I took on Friday to a Facebook group that is a local what's happening page and got the reply "is that real"....

My post said that due to the flooding in NE Oregon the critters were trying to come inside for safety, and that I turned around; saw this, and then inked myself.

I saw the octopus in the butcher section of Safeway and knew I had to take a photo of this.

Hilarious but honestly octopus are pretty crazy escape artist... but that'd be a suicidal one if real & living ...and okay, I'll admit, at first glance I fell for it

Of course octopi aren't too common in NE Oregon, but it is amazing how smart they are. I love that show that figured out one was sneaking into other aquariums in a lab at night to eat.

I don't usually see octopus at Safeway (this is the first time in many years); so I had to buy these to get a photo. I was giggling all the way home.

And yes octopus are very smart.
