Micro bubble disease can cause this. If you didn't age the water that is likely the culprit

So I guess this Red Albino has some serious case of swolleness on his eye. Happen like a day or 2 ago. Eats pretty well and is active. I recently did an 80% water change and I don't believe it could be affected by that. Also I almost made one of my fish die because when I did a water change it was 67 degree and now I am going to get a water barrel and put a heater in it to match the temp. Either way I don't think the water change affected his eye. Then I recently did 20% last night and added 1 and a half teaspoon of salt since I was using iodized I didn't want to overdose it. I am hooing the salt could some way heal it. So it only is happening to one of his eye and doing research, my theory is that he got hurt or fought with another discus. If it was an bacterial infection which it might be, I was thinking it would've been both eyes or I have bad water quality(which I checked I don't) Anyone experience this before?
Ph 7.4
Ammonia: 0.25
Nitrate: 0
Nitrate:0
Temperature:84
Only affecting this discus, now anyone else.

How would I fix the eye if that were the case?
I had it happen a few times when I first started with discus. Oddly enough with 2 red albino's I had as well. None of my other strains ever seemed affected. It usually resolves on its own. Once I started aerating and heating my water change water it stopped.
I meant not* on the last description, not "now anyone else"
