I'd stick him in a 20 gallon BB QT tank and treat with Metro at 500 mg per 10 gallons for 12 days. He looks like he hasn't been eating for a while. He's skinny.

He's about 2-3 inches big is all but definitely skinnier than he was. I moved him to a BB tank last night, getting him meds today.

Do I need to worry about all of my other fish? We have 3 other discus, 3 plecos, and 3 angels.

Not yet. But you should always QT new discus before putting them in a tank. The metro will do nothing for the lips, but they may have been caused from fighting. See if the swelling goes down when he's in a tank by himself. Be sure to watch the poop of the other Discus and make sure it's black like good Discus poo should be. An infected fish that hasn't eaten in a while will not poop at all.
