Is it normal for juvenile discus to chase and nip at each other??
They aren’t really hurting each other but wow it has to get tiring haha

Yes, they do, and will. They are territorial by nature.

100% normal. In fact, if they weren't doing that, I'd question why.

About a year ago I had one that was so aggressive that I had considered separating it from the rest. Eventually it lost its aggressiveness then paired with another and tried several times to spawn. Now it only chases when another comes near its spawning area. It appears to me that the aggressive behavior is subject to change from time to time.
