Default Lighting on 125 gallon tank

Last week I purchased three Kessil's A160WE Tuna Sun with the Spectral controller for my tank an an early birthday present. Anybody using these lights and what settings are you using for low light plants?

You should focus the spectrum more on the Red/Green side and less on the blue. For low light plants, I would start at 30% intensity and see how that takes.

I would not start at a very high intensity due to the chance of a large algae bloom.
