Is this a bad thing? Congratulations for giving them the environment that they're wanting to spawn. Does your water allow eggs to hatch?

You may not hatch them you won't stop them ..
All of you on Island seem have the water they love !
Couple times this week huh ?
I'd forgotten about the water there. Every one loves that water. It's water that run down from springs, streams and snow melt in the mountains, isn't it? Man, with that water you have it made.

Not sure where it comes from ,maybe Tannersville in the catskills [I put the Stainless steel standing seem roof on the water treatment facility there ] but yea like 50 TDS ...
Idk from what I heard it’s city water . I think it’s corals water to tell the truth!! I think instead of selling fish he should just sell his water! I’ve got 13 discus in that tank and 4 non-coral rams and non of them attempted to breed. I don’t think they even look at each other . Only thing I’ve had breed is Cory’s (like rabbits) shrimp (like rabbits) and bosemani rainbows. Keep finding fry in my other tanks when I move the westeria out of theirs. Lol I’ve got 7 from the pair now .
My buddy in Hawaii says I should sell my water also !
If I could figure a cheap way I would jump on it !
The same thing happened to me with Rainbows, Tom. I put some dwarf water lettuce from the Rainbow tank to a Discus tank, and sure enough without doing anything I found some tiny fish swimming in there. They grew to a big enough size for me to finally be able to survive in the Rainbow tank when I netted them out and put them where they belonged. I had bred 2 Bosamani and 2 Turquoise.

Liz do the bosemani take forever to grow? Mine do!! I’ve never had such a slow growing fish.
The water I get comes from deep wells that are called aquaferes. Theres a a large one under the great south bay. Potato farming on the east end near the hamptons caused a lot of problems with chems. M y ppm is 42.
Mine, too. That's why they're worth more than say a live bearer at the LFS.
