Is this white spot anything I should worry about?

It looks like a pimple kinda?

Pretty fish It is a discus pimple. They're a sign of diminished water quality. Whenever I would slack off my usual routine a discus pimple or trice would remind me to get back in track!

Well the pimple cleared up pretty quickly, gone in roughly 4 days. woo-hoo success!

I changed my water change routine since having issues (and eventual loss) of my white leopard. I was doing 80% every other day and have switched to 40% everyday.
It's allowed me to do my evening feeding while sump is turned off, keeping the tank & filter socks quite a bit cleaner.

I have noticed a couple spots of missing scales on my Golden diamond. The patch on the lateral line makes me nervous, it's grown unlike the round spot to the top.

Does this look like Hex? This guy has had white poop for about 7 days now, and stopped eating maybe 2?
Is the only one with any issues at the moment and there haven't been any changes to the tank.

I've been keeping up with my daily 40% water changes, and currently treating with Metro. (third dose will be today)

It's been quite a while since I last updated.

Unfortunately I have been watching a couple of the seams on the tank slowly pull apart.
With no good options for housing and filtering enough water for my stock, I ended up getting more acrylic.

I made some design changes in the process, the main one was integrating the overflow to the back wall so I could eliminate the box.

The fish seem to be settling in after their adventure riding out the tank swap in the sump.

    Nice ! Well done !
They are ready to eat ..
If you don't have fry food offer the parents a soft type food or flake and they will pass it through their gills to the fry !
They also should be able to find some food on the plants ..

Well I tried to put a screen in the tank to keep them in the corner but the fry could swim through the holes leaving them alone to get picked off.
Not sure if there are any left

Is there a good way to transfer fry or eggs with the parents? I tried moving a discus pair with their eggs and they almost immediately ate them.

You can pull the eggs and raise them without the parents. Once they hatch, it's impossible to move them.
At my age, everything is irritating.

You either have a small breeder tank for the pair and eggs or you take the eggs like Willie said .Moving eggs and parents rarely works out well.
Moving fry is if not impossible very hard on the fry . I tried using syringes and everything years ago. The best method is a small syphon tube and just vacuum them up ! Still rough on the fry .
Some parents are better then others so I let the good ones tend the eggs for 1 day and then take them .
I have not seen a pair raise fry in any of my discus tanks yet ?

Hmm, I guess I'll look into pulling the eggs.
I'll have to talk my wife into keeping them fed, is it as time consuming as it seems?

They need multiple feedings and the water changes that go with all the food .
Changing water does not take too long but care is needed around fry .
The most time consuming part is multiple feedings daily . They become less demanding after 2-4 weeks IMO .
You are the farmer and they are your animals .They must eat and receive proper care .
I have hatched BBS every day for over 4 years consistently now .2-3 batches every day [its a 24 hour cycle hatching and feeding]..
