can i use methylene blue in the same time with API general cure ?

Hello

i have disease in my tank i dont know what exactly my fishes staying in the corner not moving some of them Lying on a side ,swimming tail down face up. they look strange
i start yesterday with move them to hospital tank ,changing water around 70%,using methylene blue ,the situation now same
i got advice to use API general cure (metro treatment)
my question can i use methylene blue in the same time with API general cure ?

what ur advice plz

I have read not to use MB with Tetracycline or Erythromycin .
I can't speak to the general cure as I have never used it or combined MB with it .

Methylene blue is usually used for fungal treatments for fish and their eggs. It is not for the disease you're trying to treat.
