    Default Vitachem

    Vitachem.
Have you all heard of this and does it help our discus?

I just watched a video yesterday and the guy swore by it. Puts it on the food and directly into the water.
So, I ordered a bottle from Amazon just in case.

I hope I am not asking a stupid question that has been answered 100xs already. I searched the forum but found very little about it. If there is a thread, no need to rehash it out here. Just let me know the link. Thanks

It must have wide use, Vinni. I see it at PetCo and PetSmart.

I have been using Centrum multivitamin for
the last 30 years, available at most local pharmacies. I mix it in with my beefheart mix.

Took a bit to remember. But the blackworms thread reminded me. I use to add this to live black worms before feedings. It was recommended to me 20+ years ago. Unfortunately live black worms are terrible food so when I stopped I stopped the vitachem.

Reminds me of when I first entered the aquarium hobby. There are many helpful and "helpful?" products out there but what I have come to see for myself is that simplicity is best. Do as little additives and additions as needful. Saves money, time, and makes the hobby more enjoyable.

I am all in on Boyds vitachem !
Good stuff.I even start using it first week with my fry by adding it to the water .
When I defrost frozen blood worms I add it in to soak .
I also mix it with my granular food ..
I think it is worth what it cost and it is simple [2 seconds] to use ..

Ive been using Boyd's Vitachem for well over a decade-- just like Tom does. In food, with my fry. I think it works great.

    Boyd's Viachem doesn't have a magic formula 51rIxRTavbL._AC_SL1002_.jpg
How it can be better than adding multivitamin (A, E, K, B12) to self made food?
