And you know, Pat, that luck and charms are important to an Irishman. The mascot of Lucky Charms cereal, created in 1963, is Lucky the Leprechaun, also known as Sir Charms, and originally called L.C. Leprechaun. It's the wee people who bring all the luck.

and they are gone again.... this is so frustrating, i tried to get a video earlier as I think i had wrigglers but I couldnt get it focused because of the area of the tank they were in.
I am going to look at options over the next couple of days. I am either going to get all the other fish out of the tank or move the pair to another tank

If I were you I would set up a 20 gallon tank with only the pair in it. Your chances for success may increase.

Can you divide your 350l, giving them about 20g? They like the water and environment. That’s critical at this junction. It also reduces the footprint for feeding. In addition, lower the water height.
You could also remove the other tank mates out of the tank.

cant really divide the tank without alot of disturbance which wouldnt be ideal. I am trying to get another tank(Juwel Lido 120) which I would move the pair into. Other than that I have a 20g cube that currently has 1 month old Geophagus Red Head fry in it which I might have consider doing something with. They have spawned in the same place as the last time, the unit they have spawned on is easily movable.
If i am attempting a move, should i try to do it today ? eggs are less than 24 hours old at the moment

Yes, if the eggs hatch moving the fry is impossible. Move the eggs then the parents.

Happy to help Damian and glad you were successful with the move. Now onward to wigglers. That's a killer pair of greens
