Metro is 20mg per 10g
Kanna is 15mg per 10g
Nitrofurazone is 2.8mg per 10g
Prazi is 1/2 teaspoon per 10g
Levamisole is 1/2 gram per 10g
I made up a little 'cheat sheet ' for meds I have used ..

DOSAGES

NITROFUROZONE [FURAN 2] ; 1 teaspoon per 20 gallons or 1.4grams per 5 gallons
Daily X4 may be repeated .
antibacterial is effective for control of: Aeromonas (Symptoms: fish have blisters forming on the skin that are full of a clear to yellowish fluid. The blisters may turn into large sores.), Vibrio and related bacterial species.
AND partly effective Flexibacter/Columnaris (Symptoms: Fuzzy, thin, white coating on the body and fins. Looks like a fungus) it works well with Kanamycin (best used in AAP Spectrogram) for difficult incidences of this pathogen, Nitrofurazone (Nitrofural) is particularly useful for control of minor topical skin infections of freshwater & marine fish that have not become systemic.
As well, Nitrofurazone is effective for surface skin infections of Streptococcus iniae which may appear as a milky peeling slime.


KANAMYCIN [KANAPLEX] ; 1 measure per 5 gallons or .15 grams [ 15 mg] per 5 gallons
Every other day X3 NO repeat .


METRONIDAZOLE [METROPLEX] ; 1 measure per 10 gallons or .2 grams [20 mg] per 10 gallons
METRONIDAZOLE [EVERYTHING AQUATIC] ;1 teaspoon per 20 gallons or 3.75 grams per 20 gallons
Daily X7 may be repeated

RID ICH PLUS [KORDON] ; 5 ml per 10 gallons
Daily up to 2X

LEVAMISOLE HCI 100% ; 1 gram per 20 gallons .
Treat for 3 days then water change . Treat again 3 weeks [21 days ] later for eggs that may have survived

CLOUT ; 1 tablet per 10 gallons 25% water change and re dose next day if needed

PRAZIQUANTEL [PRAZIPRO/HIKARI] ; 1 teaspoon per 20 gallons . Treat 5-7 days .
May be dosed every 3 days if needed

METHYLENE BLUE ; 1 drop per gallon as needed. Can be doubled safely

H2O2 ; Up to 1 ml per gallon
Daily if needed

POTASSIUM PERMAGANATE ; 75 grams per 1,00ml or 37.5 per 500ml.
1 drop per gallon equals 1ppm . Recommended 2-4 ppm treatment [2-4 drops per gallon]
H2O2 @ 1ml per gallon to deactivate

SAFE ; 1 teaspoon per 1,200 gallons or 1 teaspoon per 500ml then 1 ml per 2 gallons /15ml per 30 gallons.
May be used up to 4X strength for ammonia and nitrite [ 2 ml per gallon]

PMDD ; From Aquarium Fertilizer .com for MMN ; 1/4 cup to 500 ml . 1-4 drops per gallon
75 drops equal 1 teaspoon[5ml] . 1/4 teaspoon dry [1.75 grams] for 20 gallons

VINNEGAR ; 20 - 60 ml daily for reef tank

FENEBENDAZOLE ; 1 gram 22% in 200 ml water , then 20 ml solution per 10g tank volume [ hydra /planaria]
