Tank still cycling....
Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrites gone through the roof is that right need to wait for that to go down and wait for nitrates to go up is that right ?
Plus K1 is taking ages to move should I wait longer or a bigger air pump I know it takes along time for K1 to move but it’s been a month only bottom half moving I keep moving it about manually.

Any improvement or help would be great I’m happy to take Criticism...sump I’m only using K1 and porous round balls forgot name of them and filter floss trying to keep it simple but I’ll keep up with water changes

That looks beautiful, I bet that is pretty an expensive set up.
When nitrites shoot up, you're getting close to cycling. The water cloud up due to a bacterial population explosion. When it clears, you'll get zero nitrite readings, and nitrate will be measurable. Then you're good to go.
At my age, everything is irritating.
Thanks for the rotation still trying to get my head around this site
Little more help girls and boys it been 40 days am I ready for fish was going to start with golden nugget pleco L018.
Reading are Nitrites 0 nitrate 0 ammonia 0 I would of thought I would of had some nitrates but I don’t ?
I add 5kg of ceramic bio rings...as you can see buy pics and I’m full of algae now I just want to clean it

Sorry about rotation still don’t know how to do it on this site
Maybe you have too much density of K1. It should be around 60% of capacity.
How is the water flow in this chamber? From top do down?

I know mate I’ve just ordered a 4 way 650 litre per hour one it’s not quite moving it...I want two air stone in each corner of DT and I’ve ordered two bubble disk for K1 10cm

You will not force circulation if you put air stone in 4 corners. Better to put it on one edge.
Ok will do I’ll take that on board I’m getting 4 way because I want two in DT and two in K1 what about the cycling why no nitrates

Unless you have hidden photos plants, which are not visible on pictures, or you did water changes in between, by end of a cycle you should have 30-40 nitrate reading.
0 nitrates means you don't have a cycle. If you had nitrites, now they're 0 you have to have nitrates. What test kit are you using? Has it expired?
I have 10 small Anubias what are in picture but probably covered in algae NO water changes only top ups. Do you think I should add ammonia to start cycle again
