Drip system
I will have my 190g with 46g sump anytime soon.
I consider to install drip system, so it would help with frequent water change. I have already quite a big carbon filter, which I used for water change. My tap water is 89-90F, so heating is not a problem at all.
I want to know your opinion about that subject. Do you think it’s a good idea?

Re: Drip system
Nothing really fancy. It’s three stage filter, each 10”
1 x multiple-layer Sediment Filter(PP);
1 x Active Granular Coconut Carbon Filter(GAC);
1 x Active Coconut Carbon Block Filters (CTO).
Inlet it’s 1/2” out 4mm with a flow regulator. I use it for the water change nowadays.
Tap water is good anyway, no chlorine, no chloride. Less than 70 TDS. In theory I could use a tap water directly to the tank .. never tried with discus tanks, but Betta and shrimp don’t bother to have a direct tap water change.
