Hi Damian, that is a long time to go between water changes. What are your nitrates?

Hi Damian, you might try doing a WC every two days. How big is the tank?

Damian,
You might have already said this. In your observations, is it the same fish laying the eggs each time (I guess that it is)? Have you examined their tubes? Any observed differences? They look the same to my untrained eye (go with what Pat says).
Beautiful fish. I would be like you, hunger for fry from these two.
Hi Damian, the tubes do look quite different. The females tube is larger, squarest with a flatten end. The males is smaller with a pointy end.

I'd also remove the other fish. It wouldn't hurt and might help if you lowered your TDS even more.

You know Frank, I thought about that too. But mom might be eating the eggs because the little embriose inside the eggs may not be able to hatch out because the TDS is too high. The fish cam tell before we do. Sometimes wilds like very soft water. I don't want to tell Damian what to do but if the fish were mine I'd lower the TDS to 20 first. If the female still eats the eggs then it's time to cage them.
I love Damian's fish. Good wild RSG's are terribly hard to find for sale.
