Question Discus pectoral fins moving rapidly

Hello everyone, so one of my discus’s pectoral fins are moving rapidly like she is having trouble swimming, almost like she swimming against a current. All my other discus are fine. All my parameters seem fine as well. I did do a 50% water change yesterday which is when I began to notice it.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.
    Thanks
