    It took some time but looks like we may have a good spawn:
    These went free swimming on the 20th of December:

    so as of today they are 9 days old, I had to take the male (I think) out of the tank because he was being bullied by the female, but all is well:

    Thank you, am excited seeing they are in aged well water with no RO water mixed in and I was worried about my water.

    It sure is, love this aspect of fish keeping, wonderful to see fish you have raised start to spawn and take care of their fry.
