I have the addiction as well. I got some long fin albino BN kids from Brian, and I'm satisficed now. I can't wait until they grow up and start breeding.
Well, I've gotten addicted to them. Don't know why. For the most part they are either hiding or in caves. When in the open, they just stare back at you with their beady little eyes.In fact, in my mind, they are upstaging my lovely discus.
Has this happened to anyone else on this forum? Or is this some form of pandemic psychosis

For years, my joke about fancy plecos was "You only see them twice, once when you drop them into the tank and when they come floating belly up a little while later."
Then about a year ago, I got a group of L333's to spawn.

This year, I got L398's to spawn.

Now I'm working on L134's and L206's. Talk about an expensive hobby...
At my age, everything is irritating.
I can relate I too has this kind of addiction.
those L333s look nice. In my discus tank I have juvi zebras L46 and L173 growing out. Takes a couple of years. I only wee them when I do a major clean up.
I have a tribe of 4 yellow chubbies in another tank. They go into breeding season later this year, I believe I have 2 males and 2 females
Thinking about feeding them with Repashy as it seems to be the popular food on the catfish web site.
Ive been eyeing the L236 super whites but way too expensive for me
I am up to my eyeballs in long fin albino ancistrus that no one wants so I donate them to a LFS

I'd be happy to walk you through it. If you want to try shoot me a PM.

Capt are the L173's in the zebra pleco family as well? They have the distinct head & tail shape of the L046's. Nice fish
Yes they are an unusual form of zebra. When they mature they get a characteristic pattern like a zebra but much more wavy lines and more white.
They are unavailable in the wild and only can be obtained by breeders

I have albino pleco that will attack my discus during feeding times. I decided to separate them since
