I can't identify it, but what with the yellow poop and the scary creature I would worm with Levamasole.
I've been treating a fish for about 8 days with metro due to not eating.
It finally passed some yellow poop that I was able to catch before it hit the bottom of the tank.
These are what I'm seeing under the microscope... can anyone identify please?

Pretty sure I'm going to have nightmares, they were both moving.

Do worms cause yellow poop? I would have thought its was a bacterial infection?
Looks like protozoa that lives in the water. They are harmless.
Sometimes. But I was just guessing, Someone more knowledgeable may actually know what the creature is and if it was the problem causing the yellow poop. What I do know is that Levamasole is a very wide spectrum wormer,

We these black specks moving?
Tammy
The little black things weren't moving at all.
This guy was.

If it's Protozoan then I guess I'm on the right path with the Metro?
Hopefully the fish starts eating soon =(
It very closely resembles a Rhotifer. If it is, they are not a concern and are in water wo issue. Take a small vid and perhaps I can confirm.
This guy is not the cause of your issue. I do not see anything in those photos that would cause an issue but i am only curious about the black specks. It could be nothing more than food particles but i am curious what you are feeding.
Tammy
I feed a variety of foods all taken without issue by the group.
Frozen stuff
Hikari Blood Worms
Hikari Spirulina Brine Shrimp
SF Bay Beef heart Plus
Nonfrozen
Omega one Super color flakes
Omega one Cichlid pellets
Hikari Vibra Bites
Aquatic Foods Beef Heart Sticks
Aquatic Foods Blackworm Bits
I haven't seen this fish eat in about 2 weeks so I'm surprised there is anything in the poo.

It’s Rhotifer. most likely you catch it from the bottom of a tank, not from a poop. Rhotifer is harmless for a fish.
Have you tried higher temperature, Epsom
Salt before applying metro?
Yes I did three days of salt treatment prior to starting the metro.
The fish is still not eating that I'm aware of, all medication has been stopped and Ive been changing 100% of the water daily.
I don't understand why I'm losing fish seemingly at random when others are growing like crazy, super discouraging not knowing how to help them.
This conversation sounds a lot like previous conversations regarding mixing different discus strains. I think Willie (?) had a couple fish that went through the same experience. Wasted away or ate very little and wasted away over time. I see nothing in the poo that could cause sickness.
The secret to learning how to fly is this, you must throw yourself at the ground and miss.
Hard to say without knowing details. Was there a mix a different breeders, lack of QT, poison water .. but for sure Rhotifer would not kill a fish.
All my fish came from the same vendor, it's possible they source from different hatchery's.
My QT is a bit lax I will admit, would cross contamination cause issues +2 months after introduction?
Poison water is unlikely, as I would expect losses not be limited to discus.
The mixing strain issue sounds plausible, so far all discus I have lost have been various leopards 1of3 ring , 2of3 snow, 3of3 yellow (if this fish doesn't make it).
