I put sea weed, spinach and a small amt of greens. I also put top quality spirulina, garlic, krill, blackworm flake and fdbw in my beefheart mix. After freezing, I follow Liz's lead and run it through a salad shooter. Fish love it. never any waste. Like everything in life don't use to much. 2'nd or 3'rd feeding of the day so they eat the other stuff.
I get the beef heart from a local butcher its 2 days from butchering when I get it. The shop cleans it to lean meat and runs it through a grinder to hamburger consistency. I then mix it all together in the food processor. very fast.
