    I have to admit that you guys are right on how to be successful at breeding discus. I hate that, lol. My beautiful planted tanks won't get it done. It really sucks. I suppose I could have learned faster if I had just listened. Hard headed I guess. Got a few wigglers. Next couple weeks im gonna get it right.

    Lol like the coke bottle! But I think it needs more holes. Mine ate them every time in the breeding tank.

    I agree going to put more holes. If that don't work stand alone tank.

    The planted tank is for you. Not the fish. Productive spawning is bare tank. Much like chicken in little cages laying eggs like crazy. Or chickens in a hen house with straw and access to the yard. If you are serious about eggs, either chicken or fish, you take away the distractions.

    Looks great but I think there is way too much air coming out of the coke bottle. Fry may have bent spinal and deform mouths.
