    Default Help Worm?

I have been treating 2 of my Brilliant Turquoise for Hex in my QT and doing some cleaning i found the worm. I have been treating for 7 days with Metro and today I added some Epson salt. Is it safe to deworm?

Could this come from my well water. This is a bare bottom with just a sponge filter, heater and air stone. I don't feed live food.

I don't think this came from the fish possibly crawled in to my aging tank and got dragged in at a WC. I was looking online and it looks like a Fly larva.

I've seen those in my tanks from time to time. I'm not sure what they are but I just smash them on the side of the tank...

Looks like a Psychoda Alternate larvae of some sort. Harmless to your fish.
