Question First batch are fertile! Need to move to breeder tank

Wasn't expecting much from this first batch but now that they have fertile eggs how do I move parents and eggs safely to 40 gal breeder before I get wrigglers?

How do you know they are fertile without evidence of a hatch?

I usually remove the eggs out of water and into a breeder tank. The eggs are out of water for no longer then 1 min. Then the parents are netted right away, the whole process should be within 2 minutes.

If you are positive you have fertile eggs for sure first move the cone to the 40 breeder and then move the pair. Good luck with the spawn. How about a pic of the pair?

Thanks all. Pic is when they started laying.
