It doesn't have much different flavor from spinach. It's actually milder IMO. But IMO it's worth growing for nothing more than it's splash of color in a winter garden. I've been looking for a tasty but excellent dish to make with mine that's growing in my winter veggie garden. I want something pretty too because my SIL will be flying from Brazil to visit me next month.

Sounds great! You could also use Kale, it would be good too. I like all greens.
