Yes- the sump seams to be doing it’s job. Purigen is fantastic. I suggest you try it Tom. It can be regenerated several times. It’s really good stuff. But back to the general point, the way the wet/dry sump is setup I believe is sound. Let me know if you or others have suggestions.
Roland- I was always just a little concerned that my sump is too small, but it turns over ~10x/hour for my 125 gal. Others use much lower tech so I guess it’s fine. How big is your sump?
