    Default New Young Pair

I thought that they were still too young, but there they were in the big tank rubbing their bodies together, trembling, and loving up to a glass mug with an Amazon Sword planted in it. I just couldn't help myself. I scooped them out put them into a 20 and gave them a real cone. I think that they're a pretty young couple. They sure are representative of the type I'm breeding for.

Thank you, Francis. The bright blood red eye is a necessity for me. My entire 3 homebred generations have that eye.

These were from Asian stock. I prefer the refinement of Asian fish. These go back to a cross between a domestic RSG and a Blue Scorpion. I want and get a strong blue base in this line. What I'm working for is a discrete spotting everywhere except the head. The fish that appears to be the female may mature in something like what I'm breeding for.

Good luck with the spawn; they are beautiful fish. I like the cone, and they obviously did too

4 wigglers. Im so used to disappointing results that it is no longer a great disappointment. I got the cone from Barb the cone lady, a sponsor here. I think it's way funky cool.

At least you know the pair are viable. I haven't raised many Discus, but I know with Angels the first time is a crap shoot. Hopefully they will get better.
