I don't know but I sure wouldn't risk it no matter what they say.

I know some people use it on fry rearing tanks but it is on the outside and left for at least 48 hours to cure , and the base of the trays are rarly in the water , what is wrong with painting the outside or using vinyl wrap , I would not put it inside thats for sure.

Someone last year painted the inside and regretted it. The paint will not stick to the silicone and flakes off. It can be toxic...

I paint the outside bottoms with Stone Creations and the outside walls with Krylon blue spray...

My dividers I have in my tank are clear and I don’t want the discus to see the ones on the side of them

Depend on the size of the tank you can use filter foam but they sell black
    dividers
. Not cheap but look around the should be others.

I would use aquarium silicon and glue some aquarium friendly (food grade) material over your clear partitions , white plastic etc

Try Swiss Tropical poret foam as a divider.

Try clipping a Penn Plax tank divider on to your clear divider.

I've used Krylon Fusion. But only on PVC that's inside the tank (no experience on glass or silicone. I'd wait 7-10 days (room temp... in light) before putting in aquarium (regardless what can says).

If nervous, cut two acrylic sheets to the size you need, paint fusion on one side of one, put other sheet on top of painted side of other (sandwich), and thin silicone bead all the way around edges. Use painter's tape on your acrylic sheets where you cut (with very fine tooth blade if not diamond blade... just make sure you cut fast or you'll heat edges up and they'll melt a little). Sounds complicated, but it's easy. Use a piece for practice just in case.
