Feeding parents with fry

Hi , when the fry are feeding off the parents , do you feed them the same food type and amount? Is there a food to keep the parents producing better slim for the babies etc ?

I just feed the usual foods but much lighter feedings. I only do this to maintain water quality. The parents my not be that much interested in food anyway, at least in the beginning.

Discus farmer use LRH hormones and prolactin hormone to produce more mucus for the fry.
