Default Filter Water vs. Water Standing for a Day+

I have a water filter system similar to pre-filters on a RO system. One for sediment, then the other a carbon filter for chlorine. With the pre-filtered water do I still need to let the water stand for a day? Aerated of course.

Trying to avoid heating a whole separate 20-25 gals of water in tub and a standing tub in the room.

    Thanks,

My water is different but I use one sediment, one GAC, and one solid carbon. Both GAC and solid carbon are by Culligan. Also Prime is added. Water testing is a must before and after water change. This is for my aquarium maintenance service, as there is no room for any water holding tanks.
