The photos/videos I've been posting were made with a very cheap phone camera and the quality was sorely lacking. I couldn't see forking out over $500 dollars for a decent camera. Then I came across a great price on a used/refurbished Nikon DSLR. I've attached a couple of photos made with the new camera. The images are slightly misleading due to inconsistent zooming. The two fish are actually identical in size:
