Here in southern Arizona we are paying $5.50. I was just in Utah (visited several of the National Parks on a 12 day trip with my pop-up camper setup in Kanab as the base camp). I paid $6.29 there.

Here in Vancouver, B.C. yesterday, I paid $8.56 canadian/gallon, ( $2.14/liter)- that's $6.59 USD @ today's conversion rate for our CDN (Imperial) gallon.
Our price of $8.56 cdn per Imperial gallon equates to approx. $6.85 cdn. per US gallon, (or $5.27 USD per US gallon) if my calculations are on point. I believe the US gallon is approx. 20% smaller by volume than the Imperial gallon. Please correct me if that's not right.

Yellowstone park is a big deal all over national news. I'm afraid that along with disease and pestilence it's only a taste of what's to come. Makes me glad I'm old and won't last long (the gods be willing).
