    Default Aging water tank

I need a new water aging tank.

Ideally I was thinking of putting it under my 6ft tank as you would a sump tank. A 60 gallon plastic “box” that would fit comes at £80, however I’ve got an old fish tank which could go under. Can anyone see any issue with this set up?

Perfect. I did it that way a long time ago before I had a proper fish room.

I had an 8 foot aquarium at the store with an aquarium under works out fine attach an subpump to pump the new water up to the main tank during water changes.

Brilliant thanks. I think the missus would kill me if I tried to hide a water barrel in the house

I've used 2 44 gallon brite trash cans in the past and now a 100 gallon rubbermaid tub outside of my house with a return pipe cleanly going through wall and into tank (with 2600 gph pump blasting it back in like it's cool!)
