Only if they're wiggling around like crazy. It looks something like a flat worm.

Kinda looks like mosquito larvae. Not evil enough for dragonfly...

Everybody seems to agree but just in case I removed them from the tank. Right now that tank resides in a non AC area of my basement and I guess with the dogs going in and out the slider in the basement a few mosquitos must have got in and took refuge an a warmer area. I was going to move that tank to the other side of the wall come winter but might do it sooner than later.
