Discus Pimple?

Hello everyone! My discus has some sort of pimple on the tail. Has anyone seen this? It’s been on him for the last few weeks and doesn’t show signs that it may get better. I just want to pull it out lol but maybe this is something more serious. Comments, suggests are much appreciated! Thank you.

Looks like a bacterial node. I wouldn't worry too much. I would give the tank a thorough cleaning and do some good size water changes. Add about 1-2 TBS salt per 10g for a couple of days and it'll most likely be gone in just a few days.
